Is there a “god”? This is one of the most important questions for the myriad of societies on Earth right now. The truth must now be discerned for the initiated, as well as hopefully, a final word to stop all the societal infighting and wars because of the simple ignorance whether there really, truly IS a “god” … or not.
Well, is there a “god”? I will assume that, since you are here at my website, you may be, at the very least, extremely doubtful of whether there really is a “god” and also, just possibly, what really goes on inside “religions” — i.e., the church(es) and how they control the totality of “religious” cultures throughout the world. And, make no mistake about it, it is the churches that control everything relating to “god” and whatever their “religions” deem to demand from the societies they’re in and their “rules” (in many countries, actual written laws) for those societies. I will always use the term “church(es)” to designate any religious place of “worship,” be it a ‘synagogue’, ‘mosque’ or anything else the locals think they need to call these places. If you’re even the least bit ‘offended’ by this, well, you just need to get over it. I’m also breaking with tradition regarding capitalizing ‘proper nouns’ — whether being the names of “religions” [i.e., the churches] and/or their “denominations” [which are nothing more than church designations — remember, you attend a catholic church, a baptist church, a mormon church, a presbyterian church, etc.] — I choose to not do it because I do not and will not respect fraudulent ideologies. Why? Because they are all fraudulent entities — they peddle fear and lies just for the sole purpose of controlling you, and everything you do (and hopefully everything you own as well), so they can gain the wealth and power they so crave — crave enough to quite literally, demand it — which they do quite often. Also, showing their demanded “respect” is just another element of socially-forced religious privilege [which I will discuss in detail later].
So, IS there a “god”? Before we can answer this extremely important question today, we need to answer another question which is just as important — if not more: What IS a “god”? And, once we answer these two important questions, we need to also define and examine several other common ‘religious’ terms used throughout ‘religious’ history and put them in correct context. For example, we need to define and examine exactly what a “religion” is and how it’s used throughout the world — in the context of human history. And there are a few more terms we need to properly define so we can all be on the same page and finally fully understand these important social contexts.
What is a “god”? Oxford (and most other) Dictionary defines “god” in most, if not all religions — a super-‘being’ or ‘spirit’ that is worshiped as having power over nature and/or human fortunes; a deity … [worthy of worship?].
So, let’s just jump right in and tackle this “god” question. While a precise definition has never been applied to what’s currently called a “god” other than giving it an alternate name such as “deity,” it would be more accurate to offer common descriptions that are always attributed to a[ny] “god.”
Most often, a “god” is usually described as possessing these three primary attributes: Omniscience, Omnipotence and Omnipresence. Let’s define and take a look at each of these:
Omniscience — otherwise known as all-knowing — meaning, a “god” knows anything and everything — i.e., there is nothing for a “god” to learn. A “god” knows all that there is to know and all that can be known. Therefore, a “god’s” knowledge is perfect.
Omnipotence — otherwise known as all-powerful — meaning, a “god” as having supreme power and can do anything and everything — i.e., there is nothing a “god” cannot do. It means a “god” is not subject to physical limitations as humans are. A “god’s” power is infinite, or limitless. Therefore, a “god’s” power is perfect.
Omnipresence — otherwise known as all-present — meaning, a “god” can be and is, anywhere and everywhere at the same time — i.e., there is nowhere a “god” cannot be. A “god” is everywhere at once. Therefore, a “god’s” presence is perfect.
Whew! Those are quite the attributes of any “god,” wouldn’t you say? So, if a “god” is absolutely capable of all of those traits, there really is only one concept (or word) that can and should absolutely describe any “god” and that is … perfection. That’s pretty much how you would describe a perfect being. So, now we know, a “god” is … perfect. Correct?
Now, just in case there were any lingering ‘doubts,’ … from the [kjv] bible, here’s the clincher: Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect. [Matthew 5:48]
As quoted above in Matthew of the New Testament, the bible ‘verifies’ any and all claims that the christian “god” is (or at least supposed to be) perfect. That’s why anyone would actually worship a “god,” … correct? After all, if a “god” isn’t perfect, then it is not much of a “god” worth worshiping, … correct? Why would one even attempt to worship a “god” that isn’t perfect? Would you seriously entrust your entire “afterlife” [sic] to anything less than perfection?
It is said* [you know, from that book crazy evangelicals hold up while screaming obscenities at and about homosexuals on street corners] that “god created” Earth and everything in, on and around it (including the Moon, Sun, all the other planets and their moons, etc.). [* bible, in Genesis at the very beginning of the Old Testament, in not one, but two separate “creation” stories — they obviously couldn’t get it ‘correct’ in the first fable — nor in the second ]. So, if a “perfect being” actually created something, it stands to reason and obvious logic that what was “created” would naturally be as perfect as its creator … this “god.” Would anyone even consider that a “perfect being” would “create” anything, imperfect ? Now, just look all around you, particularly outside if you’re inside a commercial building, home, etc. What do you see that you would say is absolutely perfect? I’m not talking beautiful and/or wonderful according to your opinion and/or desires, but objectively … absolutely … PERFECT? The only answer is … NOTHING — ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
If you say the sky is perfect, I’ll counter that it is far from “perfect” — everywhere there is air pollution to some degree (which helps the sunrises and sunsets look even more beautiful with the colors the polluted air helps create). The trees? bushes? ground covers? mountains? lakes? rivers? canyons? None of that is to be even remotely considered perfect. Again, this imperfection does not detract in the least from their natural beauty that we all perceive. It’s just factual that nothing in nature is even remotely perfect no matter how beautiful you perceive it to be or even love it.
So, we are supposed to have (via bible verse and accepted attributes) a “perfect god” who behaves and does things very imperfectly — how is that possible? This just doesn’t compute. For example, why would a “perfect god” be jealous?
Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me — Exodus 20:5
For thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God — Exodus 34:14
Thou shalt not bow down thyself unto them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me. — Deuteronomy 5:9
(For the LORD thy God is a jealous God among you) lest the anger of the LORD thy God be kindled against thee, and destroy thee from off the face of the earth. — Deuteronomy 6:15
The above 4 verses assures us that “god” [more specifically, the christian “god”] is most definitely not perfect, because how and why would a “perfect god” be jealous? … And while we’re at it, what is there for a “god” to be jealous of, anyway? Another “god”? Humanity? That would explain the lie that “god created” man in [his] likeness — it definitely proves that any image of “god” is instead in the likeness of man which would make any “god” nothing but a total figment of human imagination.
Is there a “god”? — My ‘Sniff’ Test
My personal “sniff test” is this:
Sometimes when you hear a lot of things about “god”, the bible or really, anything spoken and/or written about “religions”* you need to approach these things with a good amount of skepticism — i.e., critical thinking. Another way of putting this is just to filter out the “fake news” (to borrow a term from the Trump administration). And one way I do this is to apply what I call my Sniff Test to all the claims that: 1) there is “in fact”, a “god”, and 2) everything written in the bible is “true or factual”, or “historical”, or even [and here’s the big one:] “proven.” When, in fact, every single word written in the bible is absolutely, and yes, proven, to be nothing more than heresay.
To all those who choose to ‘believe’ in either “god” and/or “jesus christ”, I ask a couple of very simple, straight forward questions. The first is: Have you had any relative or very close friend (your closest) who absolutely and unconditionally loved you that died (and I’m sure you probably still mourn the loss)? I’m not saying how much you loved that person; I’m saying that YOU KNOW IN FACT that person LOVED YOU. [This is important.] And the second question is, After that person died (and within, say, the first week or so), where is your ‘Halmark’ invitation — written in their handwriting, of course — to ‘join’ that person in that so-called “heaven”?
This is not a ‘joke’ or at all meant to be the least bit funny even though it appears sarcastic (well, it is because of its obvious answer) in nature. After all, we have all heard the sermons or read through written materials how absolutely wonderful “heaven” is or, is supposed to be anyway. So, if “heaven is so wonderful” in an “afterlife”, it stands to reason that any-/everyone who absolutely loved YOU would obviously want who THEY LOVED to be with them in, again, this so-called “heaven” through all eternity — just like priests, pastors and preachers have been spouting out in their sermons ad nauseum.
So, if that person who unconditionally loved you didn’t send you anything of a written invitation to this so-called “heaven”, isn’t that a very good reason to, at the very least, doubt the existence of any “god”, “jesus christ” or anything even remotely considered to be any “heaven” [“afterlife”]?
[As a side note, isn’t it strange that all these “religious” people who insist on being and fiercely advocating “pro life” can’t produce any proof whatsoever of any way to maintain “life” or even the “afterlife” they keep spouting about?]
“Religion”
Now, let’s talk briefly about “religion.” What, exactly, is “religion,” anyway? According to most dictionaries, “religion” is the belief of, and worshiping of, a “god” or “deity” [i.e., a super ‘being’]. That’s all there is to ‘religion.’ And there are several types of “religions” — monotheism (theism being “of a ‘god’ or ‘deity'”) which is one “god” and polytheism which references multiple “gods” — these being the most common and the only ones I feel the need to deal with in this discussion. And even then, I’m only going to focus on monotheism because it’s the most prominent type of ‘theism’ throughout the world (the primary exception being hinduism, which is generally considered as polytheism — 33 million of them! [and if there are that many “gods,” none of them could literally be considered perfect]). And of course, there is also deism, which is a little bit “two-faced” [I’ll explain what I mean by this a bit later].
The primary monotheistic “religions” of our world today are judaism [about 14 million], christianity [about 2.2 billion], islam [about 1.9 billion]. Then we have some minor monotheistic “religions”: mormonism [about 250,000+/-] (formally: church of jesus christ of latter-day saints), scientology [about 25,000], assembly of god [about 69,000+/-], christian science [fallen from about 5,000 to about 1,160+/-], falun gong [varies widely between 10 – 70 million], jehovah’s witnesses [about 8 million], jews for jesus, new apostolic church, pentecostalism [about 279 million pentecostals], salvation army, seventh-day adventist [about 20,000+/-], and several thousand others not worthy of mention to set the definition and descriptions of “religion.” The vast majority of all of these “denominations” are all just slightly different versions of christianity — either absolute or in abstract — and even these really only reflect the different social ‘doctrines or rules’ of their churches. And then we have deism [about 49,000+/-] (I’ll discuss deism in more detail later as it pertains to the founding of the United States of America).
What all of those have in common are their “social absolutes” — or their “doctrines” — to supposedly live and structure your life by (as they, or the doctrine of their churches see fit). Also what all of those have in common (without exception) are the excuses or distractions of a “god” or “deity” for the sole purpose of providing the necessary fear element and demanding that you behave and live your life the way they [again, the churches] demand of you to do so — which primarily include some form of tithing or donations. All of those churches will require of you that the most important part of these “denominations/religions” is to donate — to keep giving them money and/or properties so they can continue to demand of you how to behave and live your life.
Now we come to what is probably the most interesting, albeit very sly, monotheistic religion yet — and it’s called deism. Just what exactly, is deism? Deism is the belief (or, not?) of only a “creator god,” i.e., that [one] “god created” Earth and ‘everything’ natural on it and then “just disappeared” to leave Earth to its own devices/natural history. Deism is also one of the very few theisms that lives up to the real definition of ‘religion’ more than any of the others. Why is that? Because, as noted, if said “god” only “created” Earth and then left it to its own devices, there’s no political agenda deists would need to promote to [demand of ] societies — there’s no agenda of controlling a society for the purpose of gaining wealth and power (assuming that one accepts the notion that a “god” actually needs money and real property — particularly since this “god” left Earth ‘behind’). To be a deist, one doesn’t agree with, nor even like the idea of the agenda demands by churches on how to live their lives or their “religious” structures. Notice when I reference deism, I don’t use quotes around deism in a religious reference. That’s because it’s much more of a true religion as per dictionary definitions — it’s only for belief and worship only, and has nothing to do with controlling one’s life. And notice that there are no, or damn few if any, ‘churches’ for deism. Why is that? No life controlling politics — therefore, no churches .
And now to the reason I call deism “two-faced.” Why is this? Because in the history of the United States (particularly in the time when it was referred to as only “The Colonies”), there were many groups of ‘religious’ people who immigrated to America — some who believed in traditional christian “religions” (both catholic and protestants), some who believed in something fairly different such as the quakers, some who didn’t believe in “gods” or “religions” at all (and after coming to America, were occasionally vocal about this, although it was generally well-tempered because of societal repercussions) and a fairly loose ‘group’ that considered themselves deists. These deists were vocal about this as well, sometimes quite publicly denouncing organized christian “religions” and their churches of Europe that followed them to America, but of course, not “god,” so as not to receive any religious social repercussions.
There were two famous American deists that I will briefly discuss now. The first one is Thomas Jefferson. He absolutely abhorred the idea of some “magical and/or supernatural god” and was quite vocal about this — even when assisting the drafting of our Declaration of Independence, Articles of Confederation and the U.S. Constitution [as James Madison’s mentor] — to keep these colonies-to-new-country secular. As for his bible, he famously cut out every instance of a “god’s” super-power and/or any magic the bible described and attributed to either “god” or “jesus christ.” This cut-out edition of his bible became known as The Jefferson Bible. “I have examined all the known superstitions of the world, and I do not find in our particular superstition of Christianity one redeeming feature. They are all alike founded on fables and mythology.” — Thomas Jefferson
Another of these very vocal deists is Thomas Paine, considered probably America’s most Founding Father as it was his popular ‘pamphlet’ called Common Sense that openly urged the Colonies to revolt against England and its monarch to be a free and an independent secular country. He, along with other deists, strongly advocated for America to be secular and break away from the idea of the Church of England taking hold in America as probably one of the primary “religions” in attempting to make the emerging Colonies of America a “christian nation” in their eyes.
Of all the public deists, Thomas Paine was probably the most negatively vocal about established, organized “religions” (their churches) in his excellent book, The Age Of Reason. The Age Of Reason was published in three parts in 1794, 1795, and 1807 attacking orthodox christianity in America. He not only decried their very existence, he also strongly and repeatedly pointed out the many obvious flaws and contradictions of the bible in the Old Testament — particularly the very beginning of Genesis with the two “creation stories” [fables].
Within the first page of The Age Of Reason, he very publicly announced he was a deist. And throughout this three-part book, he continued to denounce the ways of the established christian churches of the day. He did it so emphatically, that it actually read as if he were more likely an atheist than any theist or even deist. He made so many of the very same arguments that the few atheists of the day stated (and some were socially punished for it) and what many atheists of today say as well.
After carefully reading this book, I’ve concluded that Thomas Paine was quite probably leaning toward being more of an atheist, dressed up in ‘deists’ clothing‘. Remember, during this time, anyone speaking out against the christian “god” and its bible were to be considered (and many times actually prosecuted) as “heretics” and were socially ostracized with public humiliation, imprisonment, or in some extreme cases, put to death. Also remember, this time period was also the time of the famous witch trials of Salem, Massachusetts.
So, I’ve concluded that some of those early Americans that called themselves deists, also could well have been more likely to be actual atheists or at the very least, agnostics, but used the convenience (and to a degree, the savvy) of deism as a ‘cloak’ to conceal their actual internal disbelief. I’ll go out on a limb here and say that for some of the more ‘savvy’ (and we can never be absolutely positive about this), deism was quite possibly an accepted social ‘code’ for atheism, or, again, at the very least, agnosticism — aimed at other like-minded ‘deists’ and savvy atheists/agnostics. Deism could well have been used so that they wouldn’t be recognized as any kind of heretic (atheist) and possibly prosecuted for heresy. This is the reason I refer to deism as being “two-faced.”
“Religion has actually convinced people that there’s an invisible man living in the sky who watches everything you do, every minute of every day. And the invisible man has a special list of ten things he does not want you to do. And if you do any of these ten things, he has a special place, full of fire and smoke and burning and torture and anguish, where he will send you to live and suffer and burn and choke and scream and cry forever and ever ’til the end of time!
“But, he loves you. He loves you, and he needs money! He always needs money! He’s all-powerful, all-perfect, all-knowing, and all-wise … somehow just can’t handle money!“
― The sage words of the incomparable George Carlin [Oh, how we miss thee!]
You’re probably wondering why I put “religion(s)” in quotes. These “religions” I just described aren’t actually religions by dictionary definitions of only just believing of, and worshiping some “god/deity.” When a societal group of people (very much like a cult) is expressly instructed and expected to behave as the organizers of the ‘cults’ demand through their “religious” texts and through endlessly nauseating sermons and then in some/any way punished for not behaving or living as instructed [demanded ], then that business organization [remember, they’re in this for the money and real properties] has gone far beyond the [dictionary] boundaries of being just a ‘religion’. Controlling a society [where there is no wall of separation between “religion” and governing] or even select members of a society in such a way that these “religions” demand, is now in the realm of what is commonly known and accepted as politics.
To define politics: Politics is a set of activities associated with the governance of a country or an area or a social group. It involves making decisions that apply to members of a social group. It refers to achieving and exercising positions of governance — organized control over a human social community, which can be recognized as a ‘state’.
And that is exactly what the above “religions” [with the sole exception of deism ] are all about and do: make social decisions and exercise positions of ‘governance’ to control a specific societal community. The fact that the members of these specific communities volunteer to be part of these ‘cults’ don’t make them any less political than how you normally think of politics within a governing state.
And that is why I prefer to designate these “religions” exactly what they are in reality: Socio-Political Ideologies (SPIs). The “gods” these “religions” write and talk about to desperately have societies believe in are nothing more than distractions for their actual expressed goal: to control these “mini-societies” exactly how they want them to behave so that they can retain societal control of them through whatever means publicly available to them. And the most important of these ‘means’ is to get these mini-societies (cults) to ‘donate’ their hard-earned moneys — be it cash or even real properties — to the organizers (aka: the churches) so that they cannot just remain in control of them, but to gain even more control through psychological means as well.
“Theology”
What really IS theology? Theology is usually defined and accepted as the study of religion, plain and simple. The first half of theology is theo-, which means “god” in Greek. The suffix -logy means “the study of,” so theology literally means “the study of god,” but it’s usually expanded to more broadly mean the study of religion(s) and that’s how it’s generally accepted throughout the world.
Oxford Dictionary defines theology as [unaccountable] the study of religion and beliefs of “deities or gods.” Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines theology as the study of religious faith, practice, and experience; especially: the study of “god” and “god’s” relation to the world.
As with most dictionaries, it’s right up front that there’s an obvious assumption there IS, in fact, a “god.” So, all these theology courses in various schools that teach, and students get degrees in, are also following the obvious fact that they start with a foregone conclusion with a “god” of a particular “religion” and then study and work to find any “evidence” of and for this “god” without ever determining the actual fact whether or not there really is any “god” that these found artifacts might belong to.
All of this is assuming, of course, that what is written in the bible is, in fact, true and factual. There’s no pause within these institutions of higher “theological learning” that maybe, just maybe, there really isn’t any “god” because, after all, there really is no proof whatsoever by and from the bible of any “god” — just ‘theological’ claims only. So they perpetuate the biblical myths as truths and facts when there really is no factual truth to them whatsoever — and never has been any empirical evidence. And what makes it even more complicated to believe in the [rather obvious] ultimate truth is that “theological scholars” will bury these ignorant “theological” details with such religious terms that don’t mean anything and in ‘religious locales’ to hide the absolute fact that nothing in the bible is either historical or factual. It’s all ‘theological’ double-speak to first confuse the readers and/or listeners of the myths and then get all the confused people to not just doubt their real knowledge of science but to also pass these myths on as some kind of truth and facts, even calling these myths as “science” [particularly with the two “creation” stories].
So, what’s constantly being presented by these “theologians” is the total myth of any “god” and then desperately attempting to find and call whatever trinkets they might find in the deserts of the Middle East as some sort of “evidence and truth” that there was/is? some “god” that they give such ridiculous names of them to make the myths sound and appear more believable. And what’s worse, they’ve succeeded in having governments support actual higher learning institutions in these ridiculous classes of “history,” calling them “theological history.”
In the era of former president Donald Trump calling anything he didn’t like as “fake news,” I would put all of ‘theology’ as fake education. Why? The “theological scholars” use the bible with “god” as a forgone conclusion and then desperately attempt to trace back with whatever minuscule item found in some Middle Eastern desert area to claim as “evidence” for this assumed “god” and/or “jesus christ.”

Have you ever considered about adding a little bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is important and all. Nevertheless think about if you added some great photos or video clips to give your posts more, “pop”! Your content is excellent but with images and video clips, this website could undeniably be one of the greatest in its niche. Great blog!
Was looking for a decent intellectual comment on God without all the obvious bias. A thought popped into my head and made me laugh. “God was created/invented to scare the ‘hell’ out of us”. Then I found your site. If God is real, it has a wicked sense of humour. Really enjoyed your article and will be back. It has only taken me 71 years to get to this point!
Kathy:
“God was created/invented to scare the ‘hell’ out of us.” That’s probably the most accurate real-life definition of “god” that I’ve read. Thank you for that. May I copy that ‘definition’ for any future writings? Excellent!
Touche. Sound arguments. Keep up the good work.
Hello I am so excited I found your site, I really found you by error, while I was browsing on Askjeeve for something else, Anyways I am here now and would just like to say kudos for a fantastic post and a all round entertaining blog (I also love the theme/design), I don’t have time to go through it all at the minute but I have saved it and also added in your RSS feeds, so when I have time I will be back to read a great deal more, Please do keep up the fantastic job.
I signed up for atopiakafe because I am an atheist. I was confirmed from a Jewish Reform Temple, yet I never was able to convince myself there is a god. As a child I would wonder why god never answered my prayers. Like praying for a loved one about to die but they do anyway. I just think of it this way: How can all these religions be right? The answer is none. But, they can all be wrong! Just think about that for awhile and let it sink in. No God! No after life or supernatural karma. When bad things happen to good people is it the devils work? The answer is no!! It only stands to reason that if there is no god then there is not devil! One of the upsides to being Atheist, no hell.
I’m an atheist, I didn’t really want to be, because the promise of an afterlife sounds pretty cool to me, but I don’t believe in talking snakes. I don’t believe any of this holly crap because I am of average intelligence and can see that it’s all just a bunch of bullshit. I don’t lie to others. Why lie to myself?
How do the religious think? They seem to think anything is possible, which it is not. Every religion I’ve found starts out the same way. Some supernatural being to worship, someone to grant you everlasting life. And the donations of money from its members will get them more prestige in the afterlife, in heaven above, floating on cloud nine? Or does it? Sound at all credible to you?? And in what body do you think your going to live this everlasting life in? 😂
Why is god jealous? Why does the Bible sound like a fairly tail? No matter what what the facts really are you can always fool the crazy religious. They don’t believe in facts. Don’t forget, the religions can’t be all right, but they can be all wrong. Then I see things in the news like a mass shooting in Christs Church. How can that be? Isn’t it Christ’s Church Has anyone you ever loved died and then come back to you, Even if they said they would, why not? Tell me isn’t it insane to think a dead body will rise to the heavens? I mean really!! They look pretty dead to me!! Who is this super natural being that flys over watching us and grants all your prayers if your good and give lots of money to god. Because god needs money. What would god need money for? God carries a wallet in his back pocket. I wonder if he has American Express card ? Lol
I’m just as scared of death has the next person. I will have to accept my own fate, just like everyone else! Get it! No God! No forgiveness! No afterlife, even if you’re Gandhi, when you die you won’t be resurrected!
How do you tell the difference between a religious and an atheist? The religious story is based on alternative facts. i.e., lies. The Bible is nothing but lies and travesty. Anyone that calls the Bible proof, is a fool with no sense of reality. Game time, “A religious and an atheist, walk into a bar …” (finish the sentence lol).
EDIT: I accidentally deleted this comment and I recently found it so I could restore it. I’m sorry about that, but here it is:
“Recently I’ve stumbled upon the term that best describes my beliefs on these subjects: Apatheism (or to make the origin and meaning of the term more clear, Apathy-ism). My meaning is I DON’T CARE about the question.”
If “religion[s] weren’t shoved down our throats on a 24/7 basis, I would absolutely embrace that idea and word/definition. But, unfortunately, it’s been forced on us in America [at the very least] to the point where I just couldn’t/can’t “ignore” [as if that were even possible] since around 2000 when it was forced into our politics even more through the Supreme Court as a decisive delivery vehicle with the appointment of GW Bush for the Presidency. And since they got away with that so ‘cleanly,’ they’ve been forcing it on us ever since with an increasing amount of pressure. Sorry, but I’m not one to just ignore this movement when and since our Constitution is supposed to shield us from this theocratic bullshit.
“Anyway, God is such a matter of definition that discussing whether there is or there isn’t can’t mean much if separated from a definition.”
As you can see, I’ve posted the definition of any “god.”
Thank you for your comment.
Yes, I will be writing a lot more but I need to get through the confusion of COVID — I don’t have it, but I’m not comfortable writing until places like the libraries open up in full. This will probably be after June 15 when I can start to be more comfortable thinking and writing. Look for it after then. I will be writing about the absurdities of the bible, and a very important topic for me, religious privilege (and a subset, “religious liberty” as referenced in the U.S. Constitution).
I think this is among the most vital information for me. And i’m glad reading your article. But want to remark on some general things, The web site style is great, the articles is really great : D. Good job, cheers

Hi! Someone in my Myspace group shared this website with us so I came to look it over.
I’m definitely loving the information. I’m book-marking and will
be tweeting this to my followers! Wonderful blog and
brilliant style and design.
I do agree with all of the ideas you’ve presented in your post. They’re very convincing and will certainly work. Still, the posts are very short for starters. Could you please extend them a bit from next time? Thanks for the post.
Hi there to all, how is the whole thing, I think every one is getting more from this web site, and your views are pleasant in favor of new viewers.
It’s great to come across a blog every once in a while that isn’t the same out of date rehashed material. Fantastic read.
